Who we are

A local company, run on written terms

The company was incorporated in February 2019 and operates across South Wales. Our registered activity is the letting and operation of our own and leased real estate — in plain terms, finding occupiers for property and then running it properly once they are in.

We work with a small enough number of properties that every one is known to us individually. That is a deliberate choice: an owner gets a considered answer rather than a ticket number, and an occupier gets someone who knows the building they are calling about.

How we operate

• Everything in writing. Service, fees and responsibilities are set out before instructions are accepted, not negotiated after a problem arises.
• Spending limits agreed in advance. Routine repairs proceed without delay; anything above the agreed figure is quoted and approved first.
• Compliance tracked, not remembered. Certificate expiry dates are diarised so renewals happen before they lapse.
• Straight answers. If a rent expectation is unrealistic or a property is not ready to let, we say so at the outset.

Area covered

Pontyclun, Llantrisant, Talbot Green and the surrounding Rhondda Cynon Taf area, extending to Cardiff and the wider South Wales region. If a property sits outside that area, ask us — we will tell you honestly whether we can manage it to the standard we would want.

Regulatory position

Letting and managing residential property in Wales is a regulated activity. Where we act as a letting agent or property manager, we are required to be licensed under Part 1 of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014 and to be a member of an approved redress scheme; current licence and scheme details are provided in our written terms of business and are available on request. Client money, where held, is held in accordance with the requirements applying to that activity.
